By accessing or using Weavo ("the Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Weavo provides a software platform offering payment orchestration tools, including transaction routing, fraud detection, merchant verification workflows, and reconciliation reporting. Weavo is a software provider, not a licensed payment processor, money transmitter, or bank. Actual payment processing occurs through Weavo's third-party payment partners (including Razorpay).
Access to Weavo requires an active subscription, billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during onboarding and verification, for your own compliance with applicable laws (including tax and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction), and for your relationship with your own customers.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to process transactions for prohibited or restricted goods/services under our payment partners' policies, or to circumvent fraud, verification, or compliance controls.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
